Payment
Payment may be made in any of the following forms: Cash, Bank Check, Personal Check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. International orders payable by Bank Check Only.

Shipping
The cost of shipping is added to the purchase price. Item(s) will be shipped as soon as funds clear: Immediately for bank checks, 3-5 days for personal checks, and 48 to 72 hours for credit card sales. Shipments will be made via United States Postal Service, UPS or Federal Express and are all properly insured.

Special/Custom Orders
All special and custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Typical delivery time is 4 to 8 weeks. No returns or exchanges. No credit card refunds or cash refunds.

Return Policy
Loss, damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Returns may be made within ten days from the date of receipt. No returns on special or custom orders. When the item is returned to us without damage you will receive a prompt full refund less any shipping charges. We require that any item(s) be returned via insured registered mail through the United States Postal Service.

Availability
Due to the nature of our business, the jewelry presented may be one-of-a-kind. Availability is limited. Custom or special orders approximate shipping time is 4-8 weeks.
